You may be asking yourself:
Should I invest in support right now?
Should I wait until I have more money?
Should I pay off debt first?
Should I just be more disciplined?
But what if there is another question worth asking?
Breaking Free from Stagnation: A Biblical Money Mindset for Business Women
What if staying stuck is already costing you more than you realize?
For many Christian women entrepreneurs, the cost of avoiding their relationship with money is not just financial.
It affects their peace.
Their business.
Their confidence.
Their stewardship.
Their relationship with God.
What is the cost of avoiding your finances because they trigger anxiety or guilt?
One of the most common struggles I see is avoidance.
You know you should look at your numbers.
You know you should review your finances.
You know you should check your cash flow.
But every time you open your banking app or accounting software, anxiety and guilt rises up.
You immediately think:
"I should be doing better."
"I'm bad with money."
"I should know this by now."
Avoidance may feel protective in the moment.
But avoidance is expensive.
Because the numbers do not disappear simply because we stop looking at them.
Money avoidance often creates:
More anxiety
More stress
More late decisions
More financial surprises
More shame
More guilt
The goal is not perfect stewardship.
The goal is peaceful stewardship.
What is the cost of undercharging because asking for more feels Uncomfortable?
Many Christian women entrepreneurs struggle to price confidently.
Not because they lack expertise.
Not because they lack value.
But because they quietly believe:
Wanting more money is selfish.
Serving and earning cannot coexist.
Good Christians should be satisfied with less.
The result?
They undercharge.
They overdeliver.
They resent their business.
They work harder while earning less.
Eventually they begin questioning the very business God called them to steward.
Undercharging does not protect your heart from greed.
It often creates exhaustion, frustration, and scarcity.
What is the cost of believing that wanting more income might distance you from god?
This may be one of the deepest fears Christian entrepreneurs carry.
"If my business grows, will money become an idol?"
"If I want more income, am I becoming worldly?"
"If I enjoy making money, is something wrong with my heart?"
Scripture never teaches that money itself is evil.
Scripture teaches that the love of money is the root of all kinds of evil.
Money is a tool.
Money is a resource.
Money is a stewardship responsibility.
Wanting to steward more resources faithfully is not the same thing as worshipping them.
Why does not another budget or business strategy fix the problem?
Many women have already tried:
Budgeting programs
Financial courses
Business coaching
Sales programs
Marketing strategies
Yet they still feel stuck.
Why?
Because strategy cannot overcome beliefs that say:
Money is dangerous.
Success is unsafe.
Wanting more is selfish.
I cannot trust myself with money.
Your brain will always protect you from what it believes is unsafe.
Until those beliefs are addressed, implementation often feels impossible.
Can healing your Relationship with Money change more than your Finances?
Absolutely.
One client shared: "I realized that I had fears behind my fears... it was my fears that were holding me back from really fulfilling God's purpose in my life."
Another shared: "What I'm doing with money is not entirely my fault... it's these internal thoughts and subconscious things that created some of these money habits. I had the scarcity mindset. I had the poverty mindset."
When your relationship with money heals:
You sell with confidence.
You make decisions with peace.
You stop avoiding your finances.
You enjoy serving clients.
You steward your business with joy instead of fear.
You become more generous.
You stop passing unhealthy money beliefs to the next generation.
The ripple effects extend far beyond your bank account.
What if the most expensive decision is waiting?
Many women ask: "Can I afford support?"
Can I afford another year of the same cycle?
Another year of:
Avoidance
Shame
Undercharging
Fear
Overthinking
Playing small
Staying stuck has a cost too.
The good news is that healing is possible.
And the fruit of that healing often reaches your business, your family, your faith, and future generations.
